Ana Rhodes Castro is an organizational consultant, trainer, therapist and executive coach. For the last 15 years, she has worked as a trainer and facilitator with individuals and groups in diverse settings ranging from the Findhorn Ecovillage in Scotland, UK, USA,China, Italy and Spain to Universities in Latin America.
She has trained in a variety of personal and organizational development skills including Systems theory, Profiling and behavioral analysis, Supervision, Executive Coaching. She is also in her final stages of completing the Diploma in Process Orientated Psychology.
From 2003 to 2009 she worked for the Findhorn Foundation as HR Manager and from 2019 to 2013 as CEO. She now runs her own consultancy business working with diverse client groups, cross-sector engagement, including cross-cultural education, corporate work, civic society and NGOs.
She has worked with the clinical medical system in Scotland and specializes in Extreme States of awareness, such as depression, addictions, OCD, panic and anxiety, personality disorders, self-harm..etc
She is the founder of a center dedicated to the Transformation of human conflict in Madrid (CTCH). That specializes in long-term trainings and consultancy in the facilitation of Diversity issues, Conflict and Love at an individual, relational and systemic levels.
One of Ana’s greatest passions is maximizing the inherent potential of individuals, groups and organisations in a way that is supportive and enhances the natural leadership that lives in people.
As well as his private practice as UKCP registered psychotherapist, teacher and supervisor based in Edinburgh, Andy Smith (with his partner Pat Black) founded Diversity Matters in 2001; an organisation works for a more inclusive society particularly in education, social care and health systems.
Diversity Matters is co-creating and running partnership projects with the broad aim of a more inclusive and creative Scotland, and particularly but not exclusively in Health and Social Care fields. This builds on 25 years experience in organisational consultancy and training and in setting up and creating a number of successful voluntary organisations in Scotland. Andy is involved in developing training programmes for Processwork and Deep Democracy in the UK and Spain.
Andy has a track record leading and initiating partnership projects. These include national and local government and non-government organisations. Current work includes partnerships with the Scottish Government, Scottish Social Service Council, Minority Ethnic Carers organisations, and a number of local councils. Andy is also a co-designer and senior teacher of a successful higher education training program with Queen Margaret University, built through a partnership of Scottish organisations and which won a series of awards.
Lily Vassiliou specialises in Processwork, Systems Theory & Group Dynamics. She has degrees in Social Work and Psychology. Lily is a founding member of “Process Work Greece” and works internationally around the world.
The Deep Democracy Institute focuses on bringing forward multi-dimensional leadership, change management, coaching and large group facilitation trainings. Gill is a DDI board member.
